Foodparc Brings Haute Cuisines on the Run

Fornetti Tuscan Country

Living in Manhattan is fast-paced to say the least; sometimes it’s impossible to have a delicious, sit-down meal while balancing a career, and a bustling social life, all while looking fabulous!

Foodparc opened up in Midtown on Wednesday, and it just may hit the spot for our haute-ies on the run.

Nestled in the Eventi Hotel on Sixth Avenue, the 20,000-square-foot indoor/outdoor space has four different food and beverage stands. It’s a modern food court, boasting some haute cuisine to grab-and-go.

If you’re in the mood for Asian, you can drop by the RedFarm Stand and order some Peking duck buns or black pepper pot stickers for a quick snack. Or you have your pick of salad, noodles and fried rice. Fornetti churns out Italian sandwiches, salads and pastas. The spaghetti squash carbonara with pancetta, peas and cream is sure to fill you up. My favorite stop was 3Bs (bacon, burgers and beer), where you can build your own burger (single or double patty) and choose from grilled onions, avocado, cheese, bacon (like the house-cured pastrami bacon), among lots of fun add-ons. And to clinch your meal, get some coffee or espresso at The Press. French press fans have something to drink to; the stand had to-go disposable French press cups!

Ordering is simple, you can punch everything in at the touchscreen kiosks, or go to the individual counters to place your order, and they will text you when your food is ready. Now you can have your lunch, and have time to get a mani/pedi on the side.
