Channel Your Inner Eat, Pray, Love At Mandarin Oriental Spa
If Eat, Pray, Love has you craving some serious zen, the Spa at Mandarin Oriental, Miami has you covered! September 17 through 19, the spa will host a “ThetaHealing” workshop from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. with acclaimed Miami Pilates instructor Maria Forrest. As founder of the Forrest Pilates studio in Downtown Miami, Maria combines her skills to help people achieve their goals physically, emotionally and spiritually. This three-day intensive experience aims for attendees to learn the true power of their thoughts, words and actions. Forrest will speak about the “ThetaHealing” technique, which applies powerful exercises to put one on the road to a deep personal healing, including how to release old relationships, how to align the conscious and subconscious mind in order to achieve goals, scanning the body for illness, muscle testing and much more. Upon completion of the course, participants become certified “ThetaHealing” Basic Practitioners, allowing them to use the skills as a therapist if they wish to do so.
