What Do a Former Office Worker, a Vampire and Nurse Have in Common?

Left to right: Rashida Jones, Nikki Reed, Michele Trachtenberg
They all showed up last night in Los Angeles to celebrate the new BlackBerry! I’m an iPhone girl myself, but to each his (or her) own…
BlackBerry and AT&T hosted an exclusive U.S. launch party for the new BlackBerry Torch 9800 smartphone, the first smart phone to feature a full-QWERTY BlackBerry keyboard and large touch screen display. Drake rocked the crowd in a private custom built venue on Wilshire near LACMA.
The gorgeous girlie girls outnumbered boys by two to one — well, as the urban myth goes, we do have a tendency to spend more time on the phone.
Anyway, while vampy vampire Nikki Reed was around, sadly there were no additional Twilighters (sorry girls, no Robert Pattinson or Taylor Lautner for you!) but a bevvy of other beauties came out to check out and play with the big star of the evening — the BlackBerry, aka Hollywood’s lifeline. There was also a gorgeously tanned Glee girl (Lea Michele), someone from the 90210 zip, a lovely lady from the show recently outed as fake, aka, The Hills and a sultry Gossip Girl (Michelle Trachtenberg) — all of whom more than made up for the hot man quotient. Christina Ricci even dished about her vampy co-star — the aforementioned Pattinson —in her new period piece film due out in 2011, Bel Ami.
