On Saturday at Theory in East Hampton, three talented stylists competed for Theory Fashion Insider Program’s the Theory Style-Off. The Three designers were Annabel Tollman who has worked with Scarlett Johansson, Jessica Simpson and Cynthia Nixon, J. Errico who has worked with Alicia Keys, Kanye West and Sienna Miller, and Dani Stahl, the Style Director at NYLON. So what’s the challenge? The designers must create three separate looks that include a sweatshirt, shorts and an item from Theory’s summer jersey capsule collection. The winning stylist received $2,500 to donate to the charity of their choice. Annabel Tollman competed on behalf of OXFAM America, J. Errico represented the Hetrick-Martin Institute and Dani Stahl for Animal Rescue Fund of the Hamptons.
This year’s Theory Style-Off featured a performance by Brian J. and the big winner this year was Dani Stahl. Others in attendance were David Baum, Thorsten Hayer, Coniann Phelps, Greg Bello, Vanessa Packer, Fay Leshner, Valerie Boster and Max Ornstein.
