What Made Her Haute: Just a few weeks ago Michelle Bernstein made the Haute List when we found out about her amazing summer specials Tuesday and Wednesday nights at Sra. Martinez and Michy’s. Michelle is a Miami native and a James Beard Foundation winner for Best Chef of the South, 2008. Well those awesome summer specials aren’t the only Haute plates she is bringing to the table this summer.

What Makes Her Haute Now: Michelle Bernstein is joining the brunch craze. Coming soon, Señora Martinez will be serving up brunch on Sunday mornings in the Design District. What could be better than a Spanish Bloody Mary and a little Tortilla Española to get the morning started? Don’t think it will be that simple though. If the new brunch is anything like what she is serving at her Palm Beach MB at The Omphoy expect to be wowed! Diners there are feasting on lobster Benedict and fried chicken on waffles with a fresh strawberry sauce. Miami get ready, a new brunch is in town, y se habla Español.
