Distinguished and powerful are two words that only skim the surface when describing eco-friendly interior design expert Robin Wilson of Robin Wilson Home, a New York-based firm specializing in sustainable living and design concepts. A native to Austin, Texas, Wilson moved to New York 15 years ago and became one of New York’s most notable environmentally conscious interior designers for her ability to create interiors true to her client’s needs and style. Her projects have included President Clinton’s Harlem office and other high-profile projects. She also wrote The Kennedy Green House (Greenleaf, 2010), with a foreword by Robert F. Kennedy. Even as an accomplished businesswoman currently residing within high-profile Gramercy Park, Wilson still manages to find a balance between operating her company and staying abreast of New York’s prominent haute spots.
