The 2010 Miami Symphony Orchestra Gala

The Miami Symphony Orchestra has announced their annual MISO Gala on May 22. This year, the prestigious event is taking place at the Ice Palace with chairs Anna Craft, Lisa and Donald Pliner, Mariela Cisneros, and Silvia Tcherassi. Emcee Jose Diaz-Balart will lead the evening’s festivities with a cocktail hour kicking off at 7 p.m. A special 8 p.m. concert featuring Placido Domingo Jr., and other great artists will keep the crowd entertained until a light show. Maestro Marturet will have the honor of presenting the baton to MISO’s Honorary Ambassador Carolina Herrera.

Tickets are on sale here, or by calling 954.815.7888. Prices run from $500 for a single ticket to $5,000 for a table of ten. For those of you who wish to attend only the cocktail hour and concert, tickets cost $250.

This is sure to be one magical evening.
