Dior, who is celebrating the fifth anniversary of the Glossy style shade, has released a range of limited edition numbered sunglasses. Inspired by oversized 70s frames and emblazoned with “Dior” on the arms, the Glossy was first introduced in 2005, and was immediately worn by every A-list celeb and socialite shielding their eyes from lingering paparazzi. Charlize Theron and Sharon Stone were two of the Glossy’s earliest fans.

Featuring a black interior and dark brown lenses, the temples showcase the Dior logo in 18-carat solid gold lettering. Each pair comes with specially designed packaging, including multiple cases, cloth, and box. Only 500 pieces of these dazzling sunglasses are being produced worldwide.

To further authenticate these unique shades, the frame is produced in Optyl, which is a trademarked and exclusive material manufactured by Safilo.
