News | May 4, 2010

On April 25, Mercedes-Benz of Palm Beach hosted its 17th annual charity golf tournament in which it raised $19,469 for the Greater Palm Beach Area Chapter of the American Red Cross. Over 100 competitors arrived at the Bear Lakes Country Club in West Palm Beach, where they tried for the opportunity to advance to Pinehurst, North Carolina in October.

Along with supporting charity, participants also indulged in luxurious amenities and enjoyed some exciting twists throughout the 18 holes. Players received tee gifts courtesy of Mercedes-Benz and Nike Golf, while foursomes of golfers took on the Jack Nicklaus Signature Par 72 Lakes Course where several unique challenges awaited them, such as a friendly challenge against 11-year-old Junior Pro Andre Wade.

Sponsors for this charitable events included Dent Wizard, Enterprise Rent-a-Car, Neil’s Custom, Palm Beach Golf Center, Palm Beach Golf Show, Raindancer Steak House, and Signs by Tomorrow, among many more others.
