This Saturday, April 17th, Sony Studios in Los Angeles hosted the Eight Annual TV Land Awards, which honored iconic comedians, Mel Brooks and Carl Reiner as well as the cast of Glee. Legendary rocker, Blondie thrilled audiences with a performance as the award show also honored Farrah Fawcett and reunited the cast of Everybody Loves Raymond. The show will air April 25 at 9 pm. Presenters included Jay Leno, Billy Crystal, Jane Leeves, Wendie Malick, Bob Newhart, and Betty White.
The cast of Everybody Loves Raymond reunited for the first time since the death of fellow cast mate Peter Boyle to receive this year’s Impact Award. Glee won the coveted Future Classic Award, while both Brooks and Reiner were honored with the Legend Award. It was the first time in the award show’s history that two individuals will receive the award.
Stars of the legendary show, Charlie’s Angels were in attendance to accept the Pop Culture Award as well as to pay tribute to former cast member, Farrah Fawcett, who passed in June of 2009.
