Peter Makebish Presents In Dialogue

News | April 15, 2010

In his curatorial debut, Peter Makebish showcases his exhibition titled “In Dialogue” at the Anonymous Gallery in New York City. The exhibition pairs four different generations of artists: Ross Bleckner with Matt Jones; Kenny Scharf with Kadar Brock; Donald Baechler with Bill Saylor; Ouattara Watts with Dustin Yellin; John Newsom with Brendan Cass; and Sante D’Orazio with Hermann Nitsch.

Soon after his transition from photography to film, Makebish has allowed his talents to be conveyed through music documentaries and remixes. The influence of music in his artistic vision is clearly displayed through this exhibition. The intimate gallery and Peter Makebish attracted quite the variety of guests as well, those in attendance enjoyed the night viewing and discussing the wondrous showcase of art.
