News | April 8, 2010

The long awaited restaurant and lounge, Covet, hosted an exclusive event and welcomed guests to preview the new haute spot. The party also featured a book signing for George Lois: The Esquire Covers @ MoMA.

Cuisine connoisseurs are thrilled that Covet has finally opened their doors; the restaurant provides a relaxed atmosphere amidst the rush of its surroundings. Creators of the fresh and fantastic eatery chose to blend New York chic with mountain lodge comfort, where guests could come to devour a fusion of Asian and Mediterranean cuisine prepared by Executive Chef John Keller.

Along with an introduction to Covet, those in attendance also met, George Lois, renowned photographer and artist responsible for countless Esquire covers. MoMA provides a permanent display of the covers.

Attendees enjoyed delicious cocktails from the bar and the rhythmic creations of DJ Evelicious Salvail. The event was a success as guests got to preview Covet and meet the legendary and iconic, George Lois.
