This Tuesday, April 6, culinary royalty gathered to honor the 10 rising stars in the world of cooking according to Food & Wine and their list of Best New Chefs of 2010. Editor in chief, Dana Cowin and VP/Publisher, Christina Grdovic hosted the lavish and luxurious celebration at The Four Seasons Restaurant in NYC, where special guests and alumni of the prestigious awards treated guests to specially prepared signature dishes.
Andrew Carmellini of Locanda Verde, Paul Liebrandt of Corton, Daniel Hum of Eleven Madison Park, Dan Silverman of the Standard Grill, Gabriel Kreuther of the Modern along with Top Chef Season 6 winner Michael Voltaggio and Top Chef judge Gail Simmons were among the chefs creating the scrumptious meals.
Along with the delicious meals, Food & Wine launched their long-awaited App for the iPhone and Droid that features all the Best New Chefs, users can access the profiles of past winners dating back to 1988.
