Here, celebrated chef Kerry Simon has created an indoor-outdoor style restaurant with organic and fresh ingredients as the main focus. While eating, you’ll have a view of the dramatic outdoor pool and the Vegas Strip. The eating is the best part, with a traditional American Breakfast–three eggs in any style, choice of breakfast meat, and hash browns, served with juice, coffee, or tea and toast or croissant; or you can choose from one of the many organic eggs off the menu like the Farm Fresh Omelet with choice caramelized onions, mushrooms, bell peppers, aged cheddar, Swiss, spinach, chicken, sausage, bacon, or ham. If you’re looking for something lighter, try the Granola with oats, toasted almonds, golden raisins, and sunflower seeds; or one of the Assorted Cereals like Capt’n Crunch Berry or good old fashion Corn Flakes.
