If you would like to start your morning off a little sweeter, try Payard Patisserie & Bistro inside Caesars Palace. Award-winning pastry chef Francois Payard has designed a beautiful multi-layered chocolate shop, pastry shop, and a small traditional dining room–to dive into more tasty treats. This is an upscale yet casual place to get your morning coffee, or maybe hot cocoa. The dining room is filled with dark wood tables and creamy white leather banquettes for a more traditional Bistro experience. The cuisine is savory and sweet, with the Eggs Benedict served on a croissant being a customer favorite, or you can choose from a the ham & Swiss cheese quiche, with baked tomato, and mixed green salad, or go with your sweet tooth and experience the Payard Chocolate Waffle with Nutella and caramelized bananas. But don’t worry, Chef Payard makes sure his sweets are not overwhelming, so that you can experience the flavors without a sugary overload.
