Former Burger King CEO Has It His Way With $3.7 Million Condo

News | February 3, 2010

Former Burger King CEO and current Romano’s Macaroni Grill CEO Bradley Blum recently purchased a freshly-renovated landmark building at 141 Fifth Ave. in New York for $3.7 million. The building in the Flatiron District was converted to a condo in 2007. Only the copper cupola-cocooned penthouses remain on the market.

Hailed as one of the top buildings downtown, the unit boasts dramatic architectural details, 10-foot-7-inch-high-ceilings, walnut-floors, Calacatta Gold marble counter tops in the kitchen, a wine cooler, and pasta pot filler above a Wolfe range stove. The closest Burger King is just 14 blocks away.
