Creed Discontinues “Vintage” Tabaróme Scent

News | February 7, 2010

The House of Creed will no longer be able to procure a constant flow of the 60 natural essences needed to create its “Vintage” Tabaróme luxe scent.

Due to the earth’s changing climate and landscapes, it’s become nearly impossible create the ginger, bergamot, and Cuban tobacco eau mixture of scents, which was originally formulated in 1875. To avoid producing an inferior replacement, the family-owned brand Creed has decided to stop all production rather than supply an inferior composition.

There are, however, 50 bottles left with 25 available at the new Creed boutique on Madison Ave. and the other half online starting March 9 at $405.
