Joel Robüchon Restaurant

Joel Robüchon is a legend in the French culinary world. His restaurant inside the MGM Grand has been called “exquisite” by some of the shrewdest food critics on the planet.  From the moment you walk through the door, one is transported to setting reminiscent of Paris in the 1930’s.  The dining room showcases all the glamour of the decade, and everything you see, from the tables to the crystal, is as authentic as the meal itself. The decadent cuisine will have your mouth watering. Dishes include the Les Champignon, which is crispy toast topped with cepes mushroom, trembling parsley royal, and ginger matsutake tea. Another house favorite is a the Les Crustacés, which is roasted lobster with green curry. Les Artistes Steakhouse

Les Artistes Steakhouse at the Paris Las Vegas offers a slightly different take on traditional French cuisine. This two-level, art deco restaurant has twin spiral staircases, French impressionist paintings, and even live entertainment from time to time. You can choose from a wide variety of gourmet selections like the grilled rack of lamb with spiced eggplant relish, pan-seared ahi tuna on baby bok choy with sauce soy nage, or a 50-ounce porterhouse steak for two served with caramelized onions. They also offer fresh seafood that’s flown in daily, like their roasted whole Maine lobster with lemon grass, coriander and Szechwan pepper.

Picasso

Picasso restaurant is located inside the world-renowned Bellagio hotel in Las Vegas. This triple-A, Five Diamond restaurant is a dining destination you simply cannot miss. The walls showcase original artwork by Pablo Picasso, and the entrance stands as a tribute to the artist with wood beams, terra-cotta tile, and hanging pottery. The menu is inspired by the regional cuisine of France and Spain where Picasso spent much of his life. The cuisine will make you feel like your in France with items like Sauteed “A” Steak of Foie Gras, honey Muscat poached pears with crème fraiche gastrique, brioche and crushed almonds, or the Roasted Milk-Fed Veal chop with rosemary potatoes and au jus.

Mix

Mix is a one of a kind restaurant and lounge located at the top of THEhotel at Mandalay Bay. Here guests get gorgeous views of the strip that are made possible by floor to ceiling windows as well as an outside balcony. The menu features classic French and American cuisine that is often flared with global accents. All the selections here are decadent, and some of the more outstanding dishes include seared scallops with sweet corn fricassee and crispy bacon, and the roasted duck breast with baby turnips and orange.
