Ashlee Simpson’s Beverly Hills Pad Listed At $4 Million
Singer Ashlee Simpson, 25, and mommy of Bronx Mowgli Wentz has put her home in Beverly Hills on the market for $4 million. She paid $4.5 million for the pad in 2007.
According to the LA Times, the charming five-bedroom, 7,100 square foot compound sits on more than half an acre and includes cathedral beamed ceilings, a fitness and media room, and relaxing zen garden with a fire pit. Boasting wide walnut plank floors, French doors opening to decks with views, a spa, guesthouse, eat-in kitchen and upstairs master bedroom with his-and-her bathroom closets, the Mediterranean Villa is nothing short of luxury. She owned the property before wedding husband Pete Wentz, 30.
