Hollywood couple Ted Danson and Mary Steenburgen started off the New Year purchasing a four-bedroom house in Los Angeles’ Brentwood neighborhood from noted screenwriter Channing Gibson.

This isn’t their only pad. The Hollywood stars call home to properties in Ojai, California, and in Chilmark, Massachusetts on Martha’s Vineyard.

The new home, built in 1930, measures either 3,316 square feet (according to public records) or 4,076 square feet (according to listing information). Luxurious features include three and a half baths, a formal dining room, a spacious kitchen, breakfast nook, and a warm living room. Outdoors, the 0.26-acre property includes a tree house, you know, in case Ted wants to reenact any of the Saving Private Ryan scenes, and a detached office and studio for the two to store their Oscar, Golden Globes and Emmy Awards.

The couple paid $3,110,000 for the house that had been listed for $2,999,000.
