Miami’s Blue Sea Restaurant at Delano Hotel Serves Up New Menu
The famous Delano, which hosts stars like Diddy, Matthew McConaughey, Sandra Bullock, Will Smith, and Chris Rock, will celebrate Blue Sea’s 10th anniversary adding spiced creamy tuna tataki, hamachi usuzukuri, lobster avocado and fried tofu, and a selection of new Maki rolls to it’s already stellar menu.
The ultimate eat-in kitchen, Blue Sea is one of the most popular sushi restaurants in Miami featuring an innovative selection of fresh seafood, caviar, and sushi. Located in an alcove of the main lobby, Blue Sea is a clear choice for a casual meal served in a warm setting. They are open Tuesday through Thursday 7 p.m. to 12 a.m. and 7 p.m. to 1 a.m. Friday through Saturday at 1685 Collins Ave. in Miami Beach.
