Get the most of what’s in your glass. Go from wine novice to connoisseur in 30 weeks at the Culinary Institute of America.
Starting in September, the Napa Valley Campus, the will launch its first ever wine beverage certificate program. Learn to taste like an expert. From food pairing to viticulture, until now there hasn’t really been much of an offering for a career in wine.
Previously, The Rudd Center for Professional Wine Studies, at the Culinary Institute of America offered students a three- to five-day course to earn certification as wine pros. Now students wishing to explore the beverage world can enroll in the school and make a living by drinking. The program is open to students with a Bachelors or an Associates degree in hospitality management, culinary arts management or a related field.
