Luckily for Heiress Katherine Fredriksen, a fashion crisis was elegantly averted after she broke her leg in three places.

Heiress Katherine Fredriksen has paved the way for a new trend in fashion for those who find themselves hobbling along on crutches. Fredriksen recently broke her leg in three places and has had to go about her regular busy schedule on crutches. But that didn’t stop her from looking fabulous while she did it.

Fredriksen was seen sporting a cast and custom made crutches which were specially designed for her in London. The crutches are adorned with Swarovski crystals and are marked with the Duke’s initials. Breaking your leg during the holidays can be a downer, but it’s highly likely that having your crutches be as glamorous as the rest of your accessories makes it a bit easier to sparkle at any social gathering.
