Patrick Dempsey Sells Bel-Air Home for $2,571,500

Grey’s Anatomy star Patrick Dempsey, known to many as McDreamy, has just sold his Bel-Air New England traditional-style home for $2,571,500.

The home that the actor just sold is a 3,841-square foot, two-story, four-bedroom and four and a half bathroom house featuring a cozy fireplace in the living room, a formal dining room, and a spacious kitchen that opens up into the family room.

The gated home which also includes a swimming pool, brick patio, flat lawn, and matching tree house was originally listed in March for $3,595,000. It is reported that the popular actor purchased the house in 2006 for $3.1 million.

Dempsey is known for his roles in movies such as “Made of Honor” (2008) and “Enchanted” (2007), however his true claim to fame comes from his leading role in the hit ABC medical drama, Grey’s Anatomy.
