Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony sell Bel-Air home
Superstar couple Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony have sold their Bel-Air French country villa for $6.2 million.
Dancer, singer, and actress Jennifer Lopez and Latin singer husband, Marc Anthony, have finally sold their French country villa home in Bel-Air for $6.2 million. The 1941 home is 7,357 square feet and is situated on in a gated compound that includes a guesthouse, pool, Provencal gardens, and pathways lined with arched trellises.
The Bel-Air property was listed more than a year ago for $8.5 million, but just closed escrow this week for $2.3 million less than its original asking price. The four-bedroom five-and-a-half bathroom home sits on three-quarters of an acre and has five fireplaces, hardwood and stone floors and a second-floor terraces that looks out over the back lawn.
Lopez and Anthony purchased the property in 2005 for $6.25 million.
