The Four Seasons Sells Some Haute Living In Miami

Miami’s Four Seasons, a.k.a our very own Millennium Tower in Brickell, has sold 11 condos for $21.3 million. Sounds like it’s going to be a merry holiday season for the 70-story tower that is not only home to hotel rooms, but residential condos, business offices, and retail space, especially considering that reports indicate six of the units have sold within the last 60 days alone.

Compare that to the shoddy sales reported from the developer in 2008 and it leaves many to question, “what bubble?’ Last year only three units sold for $10.2 million, although the brightest days were certainly in 2007 when 14 units went for a combined revenue of $31.5 million.

It looks like all of a sudden downtown Miami is attracting buyers. Could it be that, like New York real estate, the pricing is being cut? Insider sources say no, despite what all other real estate reports may indicate. So we can attribute the success to the everlasting search of quality, and what better place to find it than at the Four Seasons in Brickell?

Currently the tallest tower in downtown Miami, the project opened back in 2003 and had only sold about 72 percent of the units. Looks like things are looking up for the Four Seasons. Residents of the Millennium Tower also get access to the two-acre pool terrace, breathtaking views of Brickell and the Bay and access to the sports club/ LA wellness facility.
