Denmark’s Noma Restaurant Gets Praised

Rene Redzepi’s Noma has been creating a ton of buzz in Europe lately. The two Michelin star awarded restaurant run by chef René Redzepi in Copenhagen, Denmark got it’s name by combining the word “nordic” and the word, “mad.” Known for its reinvention of the Nordic Cuisine, the latest news on the groundbreaking Danish hot spot is a piece in Time that highlights several key facts:
Redzepi is saving the world,
He serves sea buckthorns from the nearby beach,
and in terms of the latest and greatest amongst exceptional cuisines, “Nordic is hot.”
