Kimora On The Move

The fabulous Baby Phat fashion designer, ex-reality star, and former wife of music mogul Russell Simmons is on the move again. Kimora Lee Simmons has reduced the price of her 10-bedroom, 11-bathroom gated mansion to $16.5 million.

Her 35,000-square-foot home in Saddle River, NJ, is sprawled across four acres of land and was listed for $23 million last year before taken off the market. It includes four koi ponds with waterfalls, a movie theater, gym with a steam room, indoor and outdoor pools, and a pool house. The master suite is 2,000 square feet and the home has three kitchens — one for the staff, one for everyday use, and one for catered events.

Stephanie Rosken of Prominent Properties Sotheby’s International realty told the Post’s Jennifer Gould Keil that it came back at $19.8 million before the current reduction. Kimora had the furniture in her New Jersey home shipped to a new Beverly Hills mansion. But word on the street is that if she sells the Saddle River home, she plans to buy a Manhattan pad to share with her three children, Ming Lee Simmons, Aoki Lee Simmons, and Kenzo Lee Hounson.
