Frédéric Fekkai Melrose Place Salon

The name synonymous with luxury coifs, Frédéric Fekkai , just re-opened his official West Coast Flagship at 8457 Melrose Place. The door to the newly renovated and expanded 2,400 square foot space was opened last week. It now features a two-floor relaxing oasis perfect for coiffing hair masterpieces and exquisite cuts.

The ground floor will now be a retail space for all of our Coiff Oceanique Tousled Wave Spray-buying needs and any every other Fekkai hair product and styling tools. The upstairs now houses 16 service chairs, private pedicure rooms, bridal service, brow grooming, and makeup application. Taking nail luxury to the next level, now you have the option of getting your nails and toes done on their outdoor terrace of their Spanish-mission style building while snacking on some lunch or sipping a beverage.

With the option of visiting the salon six days a week, clients can easily fit a little time for pampering into their fast-paced schedules. The open style layout of the salon adds to the sophistication and posh that Fekkai is known for. Frédéric Fekkai, founder and president of Frédéric Fekkai & Co., said, “The reopening of the salon will allow us to bring an improved luxury experience to our clients. Melrose Place continues to be at the center of one of the most fashionable districts in Los Angeles and we are delighted to remain a part of that community.”

Marking their opening with a philanthropic cause, Fekkai’s Melrose Place flagship will be running a special promotion to benefit the Art of Elysium October 26 through November 5. Elysium is a nonprofit that encourages working actors, artists, and musicians to donate time and talent to cheer children battling serious medical conditions. Fekkai himself will be offering his signature haircut to first-time patrons for an introductory price of $200, which is regularly priced up to $1,000. One hundred percent of the proceeds go to the organization.
