With over ten years as a broker and manager in leading New York City real estate firms, his name and reputation are well known and respected in the real estate industry. For sellers Nicholas is an expert in designing a powerful marketing campaign to suit your specific property. For buyers he enjoys finding the perfect home and best investment opportunity.
Nicholas, a native New Yorker, comes from a real estate family and is the fourth generation to invest in and develop property in and around New York City. Being a buyer and seller himself, he is able to bring a unique sensibility to his clients’ experience. Nicholas is passionate about architecture and design and has a sophisticated eye for elegance, which he put to use recently in redesigning his new townhouse in Greenwich Village. He holds a Bachelors and Masters degree in Finance from Pace University.
