Hair salon expert, Vidal Sassoon, has also successfully mastered the property flipping skills. He vigorously lead the renovation of a Richard Neutra-designed home he had bought in 2004. Now the house has been put on the market for a whopping $19.5 million. Talk about a rewarding flip!

Apparently the renovations consisted of very intricate and detailed improvements throughout the house. Renovations exemplified by the asking price.

Sassoon’s $19.5 gem that just came out of the rough is located above Bel Air off of Mulholland Drive at the end of a long and winding driveway (which emphasizes the privacy that the property offers).
