Convenience Is Key At CR CREĀT, Canyon Ranch’s First Healthy Grab-And-Go Concept
A longstanding commitment to health and wellness is the catalyst for growth for Canyon Ranch. The flourishing lifestyle brand recently opened its first stand-alone, quick-and-casual concept CR CREĀT inside The Grand Canal Shoppes at The Venetian and The Palazzo in Las Vegas.
CR CREĀT (pronounced “create”) joins Canyon Ranch Café and Canyon Ranch Grill at the luxury resorts as a high-quality alternative to the many unhealthy indulgences of Las Vegas. It also joins a growing movement in Las Vegas for gourmet fast-food options such as Pronto by Giada at Caesar’s Palace and the forthcoming Block 16 Urban Eatery & Bar at the Cosmopolitan Las Vegas.
The new grab-and-go restaurant is helmed by Canyon Ranch’s Executive Chef Pete Ghione, who also oversees Canyon Ranch’s other two Las Vegas restaurants. Ghione started his career at Charlie Palmer’s Aureole Restaurant at Mandalay Bay and is now a health food guru who has made it his mission to fight cancer through cuisine.
With seasonal salads and sandwiches, a specialty selection of waters, and custom-blended coffees and teas, CR CREĀT’s carefully curated menu is focused on fresh, clean, and organic ingredients that improve health and encourage optimal wellness.
Patrons can also expect to find artful confections, biodynamic wines and indulgences from Jean-Marie Auboine Chocolatier.
Boasting wellness destinations in Tucson, Arizona and Lenox, Massachusetts, Canyon Ranch also operates the world’s largest day spa at The Venetian and The Palazzo hotels as well as 22 Canyon Ranch at Sea wellness facilities onboard luxury cruise ships.
As a trailblazer for wellness lifestyle and real estate living for nearly 40 years, Canyon Ranch’s Chief Executive Officer Susan Docherty describes CR CREĀT as a natural evolution for the brand.
“With an ever-increasing public interest in a holistically-well life,” she said, “we see opportunity for this new brand extension in high-end hotels, popular airports, multi-office complexes, universities, fine retail establishments and beyond.”
In addition to healthy to-go food, CR CREĀT will also sell Canyon Ranch branded retail items and gifts for the gourmand such as cookbooks, imported tea, bags, stemware and shirts.
The quick-stop shop is open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. It is located on the second floor of the Grand Canal Shoppes, near the guest elevators.
