The James Hotel just announced the launch of Four Bodies Wellness, a property wide holistic approach to wellness. The program, created in partnership with consultant Ruby Warrington of The Numinous, features in-room guidance designed to help balance all four bodies: physical, mental, spiritual, and emotional in the pursuit of total well-being.

“We know our guests are passionate about integrating wellness regimes into their lifestyle. We want to make it easy for them to feel good and balanced, even when on the road. The Four Bodies Wellness program offers an experience unlike any other hotel, and clearly differentiates The James Hotels from other lifestyle boutique hotels”, stated Carl Cohen, Chief Commercial Officer, Denihan Hospitality.

Guests will be able to participate in the Four Bodies Wellness program through the following hotel offerings:

This in-room TV workout session is led by Aerospace Co-Founder Michael Olajide Jr. who trains Victoria Secret Model Adirana Lima. Guests can utilize their own body strength, or for those seeking a more intense experience, resistance bands are available on-demand. Guests will also have priority access to the Aerospace studio in Manhattan.

“I like to call the workouts that we do at Aerospace HPC, ‘aggressive meditation’. The James Hotels guests can experience a workout with inherent physical and mental benefits, while moving with purpose and engaging the mind through focus and concentration.” – Michael Olajide

Mental

This app merges tradition with technology to curate meditation and relaxation experiences, as well as of-the-moment technology. Guests will also have priority access to the Manhattan studio located on 21st street between 5th and 6th avenue.

“We have partnered with The James Hotels to empower guests to enhance their stay and overall wellbeing. In as little as three minutes, guests can find balance and clarity, while offsetting the daily stressors of life and travel.” – Khajak Keledjian

For the cross-country or world travel, in-room TV Kundalini Yoga sessions are an integral part of the Four Bodies Wellness program as they are designed to cure jet lag and clear stress. The practice is led by the modern face of Kundalini Yoga, Guru Jagat who’s celebrity followers include Alicia Keys. Guests will also have priority access to RA MA Institute for Applied Yogic Science and Technology in Manhattan during their visit.

“It’s no longer a luxury to have something that helps you focus the mind and give you the breath and energy to maneuver through the pressures of traveling. The James Hotels is doing just that by integrating Kundalini Yoga into the Four Bodies Wellness program, which allows guests to quickly create a home inside themselves.” – Guru Jagat
