Hold on to that because as time passes and our families expand, it becomes quite easy for families to grow apart. Plus, traditions become long forgotten. Holidays honor the family code by keeping families together even if it means meeting at least once a year. Well, that means there’s no time to waste on mundane lunches or dinners. For Easter Sunday, a fantastic meal can’t be anything short of excellent and most importantly memorable. If you’re lucky enough to dine at some of the most luxurious places in Las Vegas, that’s not bad either. It’ll be an Easter Sunday your family will never forget and keep them coming back for more, which is the point.

1. ZUMA

The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas is home to an eclectic collection of restaurants including the escaping Japanese restaurant Zuma. After the traditional family egg hunting, start with their fresh “Suzuki No Osahimi”. The thinly sliced sea bass with yuzu, truffle oil, and salmon roe is the perfect refresher. Their “Yaki Taraba Gani” might also just be your jam if lobster is your game– king lobster that is.

2. TREVI ITALIAN RESTAURANT

The tradition of eating lamb at Easter is firmly rooted in Italian history. TREVI Italian Restaurant will be offering a featured dish for Good Friday and Easter Sunday called “Lamb Tortellini”. The dish will be available all weekend starting Friday, March 30 through Sunday, April 1.

3. JALEO BY JOSE ANDRES

Very few restaurants make you feel like family. Jaleo by Jose Andres does the job exceptionally well. The shareable tapas approach makes the Spanish restaurant an ideal destination for a family dinner or lunch. Served during lunch hours, their “Manzana Con Hinojo Y Queso Manchego” is hard not to love. It’s a simple sliced apple and fennel salad with Manchego cheese, walnuts, and sherry dressing. You definitely can’t leave Jaleo without trying their famous “Valenciana ‘Rafael Vidal’ Paella” (adequately pronounced pah-a-yah), which is a true classic of chicken, rabbit, and green beans.

4. LAGO BY JULIAN SERRANO

The James Beard Award-winning Chef Julian Serrano has an approach to dining that families will enjoy. Created with the idea to share, LAGO by Julian Serrano serves soups, salads, crostinis, focaccia, and pizzettes, along with refreshing meat, seafood, and vegetarian dishes on small plates. Sunday Brunch will be available during Easter Sunday including Chef Serrano’s most celebrated recipes re-conceptualized for a daytime dining approach with a view of the Fountains at Bellagio.
