“Bergdorf Goodman is the Mount Everest of luxury in the United States of America. There is not another single store in this country that contains more top notch, highbrow, upper echelon brands or a more intimate, 5-star shopping experience. It is La Grande Dame of consumerism. To have the opportunity to take over this iconic space on the 7th floor is not only an honor, but it is the highest pinnacle of pinnacles for me. I am beyond ecstatic for the opportunity to fill the halls with my paintings, sculpture and furniture. It is no doubt the summit of the retail art experience,” says Longshore.
