Key West By Nikki Beach Brings The Conch Spirit To Miami Beach
Nestled in the heart of Miami Beach, Key West by Nikki Beach features an innovative seafood-centric concept accentuating the best of Caribbean, Latin American and Floridian flavors. Part of Nikki Beach’s global luxury beach club brand, Key West by Nikki Beach aims to bring the island vibes and conch spirit to the Magic City.
The restaurant is modeled after a rustic seaside bar with a casual chic ambiance, offering guests an array of deliciously crafted dishes to accomodate almost any craving.
Executive Chef Frank Ferreiro meticulously prepares every platter to perfection. Start off with an order of Baked Scallops and Blue Crab or A1A Coconut Shrimp Bites where every bite will leave your mouth watering and craving more.
The restaurant will feature an onsite “Fish Market” where guests can choose their catch of day from an array of fresh fish options. Chef Ferreiro has carefully prepped delicious entree items from the Fish Market including a Stuffed Yellowtail Snapper and signature Seafood Platter. Though, if it is a raw bar and sushi that you crave, the menu will include favorites like Oyster with Ponzu Sauce, Octopus and Shrimp Ceviche, Grilled Tiger Prawns, Alaskan King Crab Legs, Spicy Tuna Uramaki, Beet Sake Salmon Roll and Stone Crabs.
Meshing the island spirits with the lively crowds of Miami Beach, Key West by Nikki Beach will host a daily happy hour at the “Window Bar” which can be accessed via the restaurant or through the breezy patio facing Ocean Drive. The meticulously crafted drink menu will feature signature cocktails like Coladas and Daiquiris, as well as an extensive rum menu.
As a native to Key West, owner Jack Penrod has declared Key West by Nikki Beach his “love letter to the culture of the island chain.” In honor of the island and mindful of the disasters left by Hurricane Irma, Key West by Nikki Beach has partnered with local Key West artists whose work will be sold at the restaurant. Proceeds will be donated to the Key West High School’s culinary department, which has aided in providing lunch to students and faculty affected by the aftermath of the storm.
Key West by Nikki Beach will open for dinner Monday through Fridays and will officially open its doors to the public on December 18th.
