There are some things people need and that’s basketball and SZA. Only because basketball is the greatest sport invented by man and music makes me want to get up and clean, but then I remember angels exist on earth called housekeepers. Some will argue this an opinion, but these are facts. Kobe Bryant and SZA. Name a more iconic duo…I’ll wait.

SZA AT VINYL INSIDE HARD ROCK HOTEL & CASINO

SZA was in Las Vegas and no I didn’t get to interview her, but I did send an email to her management so at least I tried to get press passes! Here’s the thing, she was sick. I was told by fans of her announcement during the concert, so I wouldn’t want to talk to me either. Quite frankly sometimes I don’t want to talk to myself, but I don’t have much of a choice. No hard feelings SZ. Still going to play your music on repeat for hours on end. I can call you SZ right? We’re on SZ bases? Ok, cool. I always knew we’d be friends. Hope you feel better! Not sure how she did it, but she pulled off her performance at the Vinyl inside the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino. Can’t even tell she was sick with that high note and ENERGY.

T-MOBILE ARENA AND LAS VEGAS 3 ON 3 BASKETBALL GAME

On the off chance T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas isn’t delivering sold out concerts, they’re associating themselves with community organizations like Las Vegas 3 on 3. Had no idea this existed until this weekend when the basketball game took place at the Toshiba Plaza and the Park in front of the arena. No matter your age, height, abilities or experience, it’s an event for all players. Local hoopers, this is your chance. There’s a championship to be won. Event brought by MGM Resorts International® in partnership with the Spokane Hoopfest Association. And there’s food and beer.
