Weekend Roundup: Dominique Ansel Debuts Caffeinated Soft Serve For Summer
Up until now, it seemed like there couldn’t possibly be anything better than a La Colombe cold brew to ward off the summer heat. Enter Dominique Ansel’s caffeinated soft serve, made with La Colombe cold brew and topped off with milk foam, biscotti and cocoa powder.
According to Ansel, the process includes using a housemade milk base and infusing the coffee flavor into the milk overnight. The summer treat will only be available in late May and June, so get your fix before its gone.
