Nikita Kahn likes to surround herself with beauty. The Ukraine-born philanthropist resides in Malibu, where she runs her own real estate and interior design firm. With an admiration and appreciation for artistry of buildings and spaces, Kahn has cultivated a passion for designing homes with classic pieces, neutral color palettes, and touches of timeless sophistication. Additionally, she is also a dedicated animal advocate, and has worked closely with the California Wildlife Center, participating in fundraisers to protect, rescue, and rehabilitate sick, injured, or orphaned animals. She is also a Peninsula Humane Society & SPCA Board Member, assisting in the organization’s events and fundraisers to help find homes for animals in need of loving caretakers. Kahn also supports the San Diego Zoo Safari Park’s Rhino Rescue Center, which is helping to bring the species back from the brink of extinction through new reproductive technologies and innovation and is the executive producer of the film, The Last Animals, which focuses on the recent epidemic of white rhino poaching while also documentingthe inner workings illegal poaching. The film recently premiered at the 2017 Tribeca Film Festival. Here, this Malibu girl shares her haute secrets to the City of Angels.
