Related Group‘s SLS LUX team hosted a swanky rooftop cocktail at the new EAST, Miami hotel to celebrate the recent success of the upcoming luxury building’s record-breaking sales. The rooftop provided the perfect view to watch as the SLS LUX continues to go vertical, already reaching the 43rd floor out of 57. Additionally, future residents and brokers got to take in the impressive skyline, getting a feel for what will soon be that from the SLS LUX–which is even better and higher up!
Although the anticipated opening date isn’t until 2017, buyers can’t wait to get into the building, evident as only 10 units of a total of 450 are left for sale. Two of the remaining gems are the newly-released penthouses that far surpass anything currently available on the market, boasting private elevators, a private pool area, 12 foot ceilings, custom gourmet kitchens and unbeatable views of the Biscayne Bay and Atlantic Ocean.
Throughout the property, residents will get to take advantage of 5-star amenities including a rock climbing wall, outdoor theater and a private rooftop pool with spas. And most importantly, just steps away they will have access to the city’s newest prime destination–The Brickell City Centre. Here, some of the city’s hottest restaurants and entertainment await including Saks Fifth Avenue, Pubbelly Sushi, luxury dine-in cinemas and more. Condominium living doesn’t get much more convenient than that.

To celebrate the building’s success, the team was joined by Allen Morris, CEO and Chairman of the Allen Morris Company; David Staples, Sales Director of Fortune International; Javier Cuadros, Project Manager for the Related Group; and Spencer Morris, Assistant Project Manager for the Related Group.
“We’re happy to be where we are right now, being in the position where we’re already about to sell out with just 10 units left,” said Cuadros. “I think people are seeing the value as well as the concept with the private elevator, amenities, restaurants, right next to the City Centre, which is the biggest kind of amenity you can offer to a prospective buyer. So, I think all in all, it is a great success story and we’re just about ready to pop the champagne and claim it as a sold building–we’re just inches away from that.”
