Rosso and the Related team have made major strides in revitalizing the city of Miami with new luxury real estate projects within the past year, now adding the Auberge property to its rolodex of upcoming developments. The 60-story residential property will boast impressive amenities including a golf simulator, wine room curated by the Auberge Resorts’ sommelier, a cigar lounge, a world-class spa, private yoga and pilates studio, and a one-year membership to the exclusive Key Biscayne Beach Club. The high-end property will be decked out with museum-quality art pieces including the 40-foot tall Awilda by Juame Plensa piece.

Auberge Miami will be the first urban location for the acclaimed culinary and hospitality brand, Auberge Resorts Collection, which typically offers luxury resorts in secluded or rural areas. Sales for the property launched earlier this year, following the success of Auberge Miami’s northern neighbor, Auberge Beach Residences and Spa Fort Lauderdale, which recently broke Broward County records with a $8.9 million penthouse sale in the development’s south tower.
