Celebrities from all over the world have come to love the Serafina concept, which is authentic northern Italian cuisine made from the freshest, highest quality ingredients. Among the stars who have dined at Serafina Dubai recently are Jaden and Willow Smith, the son and daughter of Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith.

Serafina’s talented culinary staff members add a twist to each and every dish. The new weekend brunch menu is inspired by traditional Italian home-style cooking with dishes prepared in a way only the chefs at Serafina can do. It’s a casual but high-class affair, as the restaurant venue pairs exposed red brick with stunning artwork and a lively atmosphere.

The brunch starts with an antipasti platter, which has bruschetta, calamari, buffalo mozzarella with sliced tomatoes, goat cheese rolls, and mini pizzas. Next is the crowd favorite pasta and risotto, which includes three types of dishes.  Among the offerings are some of Serafina’s signature dishes, like Risotto Porcini, which is risotto with porcini mushrooms and parmesan crisps. Another popular dish on the list is the Spaghetti allo Scoglio, which is spaghetti served with shrimp, mussels, and clams.

For the main course, diners can choose from popular dishes like Bistecca, which is a thinly sliced beefsteak with arugula and datterini tomatoes, or Rollatina di Vitello, which is a slow-cooked veal roll served up with Fontina cheese and beef bacon. Serafina’s chefs haven’t overlooked the healthier crowd either, as the offerings include Branzino, which is a sea bass filet which comes with baby potatoes and roasted vegetables.

And of course brunch wouldn’t be complete without dessert, and Serafina Dubai’s chefs have prepared a platter including their three most popular desserts: Tiramisu, Sottobasco, and Panna Cotta. There’s also a Nutella Pizza served fresh from the oven with Chantilly cream and seasonal berries.

Serafinia Dubai is serving brunch every Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. until 4 p.m. The price is AED 225, including soft drinks, or AED 295 with grape and house spirits.
