Looking Good in NYC Just Got Easier (And More Luxe) With Skinfluence
Board certified dermatologist Marina Peredo, M.D., is expanding her practice to the Upper East Side with the launch of Skinfluence.
Skinfluence will offer a variety of procedures including the newest FDA approved fillers, aesthetic treatments and specialty services including BeautiPHIcation, a facial mapping technique utilizing precise measurements using a specialized caliper, which follows Leonardo Da Vinci’s mathematical principle of beauty and harmony through “divine” proportion.
Clients can expect a relaxed and serene ambiance with classic, feminine décor that is inviting with a dash of class. Equipped with the latest advanced technology, Dr. Peredo will offer a full range of injectables, Ultherapy, Cool Sculpting, laser treatments, and sun damage control. Medical grade rejuvenating facials, DermaSweep micro-resurfacing and chemical peels restore radiance, tone as well as texture.
Private appointments will be offered before, during and after regular business hours. For her V.I.P. clientele, there will be a separate entrance available upon request.
Dr. Peredo, who is passionate about the arts, fashion, and all things beauty, represents that by blending the science of cosmetic dermatology with aesthetic artistry. “As cosmetic dermatologists, our job is not only to inject toxins and fillers, but to use these tools much as a sculptor does when creating art,” Dr. Peredo said.
In addition, Dr. Peredo, who is also an Associate Clinical Professor at Mount Sinai Medical Center, has an extensive doctoral resume. She has been recognized by the New York Times as a “super doctor.” As an associate clinical professor, Dr. Peredo has received several awards, including Teacher of the Year and Mentor of the Year for her dedication to the teaching of residents and fellows. As a national education faculty trainer for several pharmaceutical companies, she conducts workshops and trains physicians on advanced injectable and laser technology techniques.
Dr. Peredo lectures nationally and internationally and has been a primary investigator in multiple FDA clinical trials.
Skinfluence is slated to open this month at 1047 Park Avenue (between 86th and 87th Street).
