The Ritz London Unveils Two New Suites

A London landmark at 150 Piccadilly, situated in its iconic location between the vibrant metropolitan areas of Mayfair and St. James’s, The Ritz London provides the ultimate destination to enjoy the quintessential British experience to enjoy everything that London has to offer.

In January 2015, The Ritz London will open two new suites: The Piccadilly Suite (806 sq ft / 75 sq m) and an executive suite (510 sq ft / 47 sq m). These two new suites are located within the privacy of the seventh floor. The Piccadilly Suite overlooks Piccadilly towards The Royal Academy and has exceptional views of Big Ben. When connected the two suites become a two bedroom Signature Suite (1,317 sq ft / 122 sq m) offering guests the option to create a spacious private apartment at one of the most exclusive addresses in London. With the addition of these two new suites, The Ritz London will now boast 136 magnificent rooms.

The design of the two new suites exudes opulence and modernity, and offers a welcoming and homely feel. These highly anticipated suites are the only ones to feature a signature silver leaf design, instead of the classic gold leaf used throughout the rest of the hotel. The suites feature custom designed carpets, bespoke polished furniture, antique furnishings, relaxing coving lighting in the bedrooms and artwork in keeping with the rest of the hotel. The Piccadilly Suite also features an exclusively designed stained glass window and an enormous walk-in wardrobe, a luxury offered previously by only one other suite in the hotel.

The bathrooms feature large walk in rain showers, double basins and are designed with stunning Norwegian Rose and Calacatta Vagil Oro marble. In addition to this, the suites are the first in the hotel to have underfloor heating in the bathrooms.

Guests who book the two bedroom Signature Piccadilly Suite receive a variety of complimentary services which include pre arrival preferences, an airport transfer in The Ritz iconic Rolls-Royce Phantom, the attentive service of a Ritz butler, in suite check-in, the serving of in room dining and valet services.

Children under the age of 16 receive the benefits of the exclusive kidz@theritz programme which includes special welcome gifts, in room games consoles, a selection of age-appropriate children’s books and DVDs, special treats at evening turndown and complimentary ice cream in The Palm Court or The Ritz Restaurant. Children can stay in their parents’ suite on a complimentary basis (subject to the suite category) and The Ritz guarantee interconnecting rooms at the time of booking.

The new executive suite is priced from £1,200; The Piccadilly Suite is priced from £1,500 and the two bedroom Signature Piccadilly Suite is from £2,600 (inclusive of VAT) per night.
