Terra Group’s Pedro and David Martin have acquired a golf course in Weston to convert into a 125, luxury single-family homes. The property is described as an unused parcel of golf course land adjacent to the Broward County Golf Country Club.

Terra has become known, of late, for modern and cutting edge designs with projects in Miami Beach and Coconut Grove such as Grove at Grand Bay, Park Grove and GLASS. They will be bringing some of that newness with them for their first Weston project, Terra Ranches. The project will create 125 luxury homes sitting on generous lots from one half to one full acre and feature “outside-in” design to bring the indoors in. Home sizes will be 3,800 to 6,800 square feet and 100 of the homes will be on a system of lakes they are creating.

“Weston is a vibrant, evolving city boasting some of the best schools and parks in South Florida. As the community continues to evolve and housing expectations are raised, there is an inherent need for new residential development which the area has not seen in well over a decade.” said David Martin, president and co-founder of Terra Group.
