Haute 100 Miami Update: Jorge Perez and Stephen Ross Interested In $800 Million Islands Gardens Project
Miami Dolphin’s owner and founder of Related Companies, Stephen Ross, and Jorge Perez of the Related Group have recently shown interest in assisting Flagstone Properties with the Watson Island project, Islands Gardens. A joint statement has been released stating that both companies have reached out to Flagstone regarding the redevelopment of the $800 million project.
Islands Gardens was set to be built in 2004 after the city commission gave their approval; however, construction was delayed after developer Mehmet Bayraktar was faced with many financial and legal issues
