Dori Cooperman at Rush Philanthropic Arts Foundation lunch

Yesterday, Natasha Silver invited a bunch of us to Russell Simmons’ Valentine’s Day Rush Philanthropic Arts Foundation charity luncheon at the Plaza Hotel. The foundations is dedicated to supporing arts education in New York public schools.

Mayor Bloomberg spoke, and Christine Mack, Flo Fulton, Stacey Griffith, Julie Macklowe, Lauren Bush, Stacey Pashcow, Avis Richards, Jennifer Creel, and Stewart “Rah Rah” Rahr were all there.

Then, last night I headed back to The Plaza for Stacey Bendet Eisner’s Alice + Olivia fashion show. Ali Wise, looking gorgeous, helped her by dressing celebs. Ed Cooperman, Debra Peltz, Nicole Hanley Mellon, Eric and Elosie Eisner, Rachel Zalis, Lesley Sloane, Brittany Snow, Vanessa Hudgens, Kelly Rutherford, Karen Larrain, and Meredith Burkle all came out to see the show. Then it was off to Shun Lee for a Valentine’s dinner with my father and my brother-in-law Andrew Beranbom.
