Nanette Lepore Designs for Thompson Hotels
Nanette Lepore is styling up some chic little dresses for some of the country’s trendiest hotels, just in time for summer vacation.
Thompson Hotels—who runs luxury boutique hotels everywhere from New York, Chicago, Washington D.C., and Los Angeles—approached Lepore to design LBD’s for three of their top properties. The designer delivered haute uniforms for the female staffers, which will be worn in the outdoor lounges at the Thompson LES in Manhattan and at Donovan House in Washington D.C. For those staffers on the west coast, Lepore will be dressing the ladies tending to the Tropicana pool bar at The Hollywood Roosevelt hotel.
These fashionable creations will certainly be envied by poolside dwellers at any of these great hotels. Too bad Lepore doesn’t have plans to sell them in the hotel gift shops.
