Brady Bunch buys dirt in La La Land
In a follow-up to two previous Haute Living Blogs, both of which reported re-listings of Manhattan properties owned by platinum couple Gisele Bundchen and Tom Brady, Gisele must have decided she wanted to play mansion with him in Tinsel Town, because Tommy Boy is jumping through hoops to build her one. Sources close to the supermodel and her “Errand Boy” say that Tom just closed a deal to buy a plot of sod in Brentwood, on Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger’s street, for more than $11 million. Repeat…he bought dirt for 11 large. TMZ supposedly got a hold of some docs that show that Brady took out a mortgage of $8.225 million that he will pay back in 5 years. The property, approximately 3 acres, was purchased under the name TGBE. We’re wondering if that stands for Tom Gisele Brady Enterprises or Tom Gisele Bundchen Estates. A source connected to the Patriot told TMZ that he bought the West Coast land to be closer to his kid. A source connected to his baby mama Bridget Moynahan says that excuse is total B.S.
