Born in Montréal, Canada, he completed both his Bachelors of Science (BS) and Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degrees at McGill University, where he was also awarded with the prestigious Lieutenant Governor's Medal for academic excellence and community involvement.
Dr. Pouresa then moved to San Francisco to complete his residency in Advanced Dentistry (AEGD) at the University of the Pacific. He furthered his education by becoming a Fellow in the Academy of General Dentistry (FAGD) by completing over 500 hours of approved continuing education, 350 hours in live and rigorous fellowship board exam testing. Dr. Pouresa completed botox training with the American Academy of Facial Esthetics and is currently pursuing accreditation with the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry.
What inspired me was seeing how something as simple as a smile can change the way a person feels about themselves. I've witnessed firsthand how improving someone's appearance can unlock confidence, presence, and joy. That human connection and the ability to help people feel comfortable and empowered in their own skin is what made this work deeply personal to me.
I believe confidence is contagious. When you look good, you feel good and when you feel good, you do good. A confident smile invites connection, encourages people to smile more, and positively impacts how they show up every day. My goal is to help clients rediscover that ease and confidence through thoughtful, natural enhancements.
I never design a smile in isolation. I take into account the entire person including the face, lip profile, jaw structure, personality, and lifestyle — not just the teeth. This holistic approach allows every result to feel intentional, balanced, and uniquely theirs.
